Prof. Dr. Prem Nath Maskey is a M.Sc. graduate with Honours in Civil and Industrial Structures from Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University, Moscow, and the very first Ph. D. in Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
